The East African Community (EAC) Small Business Expo, currently taking place at Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi, concludes today, Sunday, November 16, 2025. The event, which has been running for several days, brings together small and medium-sized traders from across the region, connecting artisans, investors, and consumers from different EAC countries.
Rwanda has had strong participation this year, with over 100 Rwandan exhibitors showcasing a wide variety of Made-in-Rwanda products, including foodstuffs, beverages, construction items, artwork, clothing, spices, and nutritional goods. Visitors have praised the Rwandan products for their high quality and fair prices.
Organizers of the expo say that the final day offers an excellent chance for customers and bulk buyers to shop, as vendors are offering special discounts to close the expo on a high note and expand regional market exposure.
One of the Rwandan exhibitors shared: “We encourage Rwandans living in Nairobi and those nearby to come support us. We have many quality products at very good prices. Today is the last day, and we have set special discount offers. Please help us spread the word to those who may not be on this platform, so they too can take advantage of this opportunity.”
