This comes after Christopher’s greatest comeback in Rwanda’s music industry since he parted ways with Kina Music, his first management, thanks to songs like ‘Nibido,’ ‘Mi casa’, and many others that brought ‘Topher’ as many call him, to the limelight.
Speaking to The New Times about the upcoming tour, Christopher said that the main reason behind the US tour is to take his sound as far as possible which is in line with also taking Rwandan music on the global market to earn from foreign consumers.
“We had a plan of touring the whole world this year. We started from Europe, then the UK , then Uganda and the US. After the US tour there is Canada, Burundi and a very big concert here in Kigali in December. The goal is to introduce our sound to places,” the singer who is also a guitarist told The New Times.
About dates and cities the tour will reach, Christopher noted that his management alongside Innox Entertainment, the firm that organized the tour, will soon release a communique with more details about the tour including ticket prices.

“My fans on the continent should expect a lot from this tour. Blessed are their ears and eyes. We are delivering the best Performances full of most of my new songs,” Christopher added.
It will not be Christophers first performance in the western world. The musician has been performing back to back in Europe from Brussels Belgium, to Lyon, France and many other big cities of Europe and Africa.
In 2016, Christopher Muneza parted ways with one of the best music labels in Rwanda, Kina Music, which he had joined in 2009 at the age of 15.
He rose to stardom after releasing a number of hits such as ‘Iri Joro’, which he did with Danny Nanone and ensured his breakthrough, ‘Habona’, ‘Babyumva’, ‘Ndabyemeye’, ‘Agatima’, ‘Urubavu’, ‘Abasitari’, among others.
