The family of Susan Kamengere Njoki, celebrated entrepreneur and CEO of Toto Touch Kenya, is demanding answers and justice after her mysterious and tragic death on July 15, just a day after she was allegedly abducted from her home and injected with unknown medication against her will.

Njoki, widely known for her innovative work empowering young girls through the Toto Touch brand, left behind a trail of disturbing audio evidence.

In a harrowing recording obtained by KTN News, Njoki described how unidentified men stormed her residence in Kileleshwa, restrained her, and forcibly injected her with foreign substances. The men, reportedly acting under instructions from her husband, refused to explain where they were taking her.

“They put me in the vehicle, and when I asked, they said they were taking me to Lavington,” she said in the recording. “Why are you forcing me to take injections? Why are you forcing me to leave this place, yet you allege you are professionals?”

Njoki’s desperate voice raised chilling concerns about consent, mental health, and the abuse of medical procedures for personal motives.

She admitted to having a history of depression and previous mental health hospitalizations. However, Njoki stressed in the recording that she was stable and had recovered fully, even preparing for a high-stakes interview with an international firm.

“Tomorrow, I am scheduled for an interview with an international company. Do you think they can schedule an interview with a mad woman?” Njoki asked, directly blaming her husband for trying to force her “back to the past.”

Her family, devastated and suspicious, confirmed that Njoki had no known physical illness at the time. Her sister revealed that Susan had even shared a Facebook post detailing the traumatic incident, which she was later forced to delete.

When the family attempted to visit her in the hospital, access was denied, allegedly because her husband hadn’t approved their visit. Moments later, the unthinkable happened: the family was informed of her sudden death.

Now, with the family having filed a report at Kabete Police Station, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has launched a formal probe into Njoki’s death.

The focus of the investigation includes not only the mysterious forced injection but also the circumstances that led to her being silenced and isolated in her final hours.

Toto Touch Kenya has remained silent since the incident, while tributes and anger flood social media under the hashtag #JusticeForSusanNjoki. Many Kenyans are calling for an immediate and transparent investigation, urging authorities not to let this case disappear in silence.

As the nation watches closely, the family continues to mourn and fight for truth, demanding that those responsible for Susan Njoki’s death be held accountable.
